I have started my day for many years now with a glass of warm water and lemon... I used to be a 'five cups of tea a day' girl (with two sugars in each cuppa!) and now, I LOVE the taste of this drink instead and how it makes me feel.
Try the Lemon Water Challenge for 7 days. Wake up and make this your first drink of the day. Have a couple of glasses. Feel the hydrating effects. Do it every day for 7 days and then tell me how you feel!
